Responsibilities
Missions:
Under the authority of the head of the school, the head of the kindergarten and primary school will have the general task of ensuring that the school runs smoothly, that regulations are respected and that the programs established by the administration are implemented.
Activities:
- Ensure the management and operation of the teaching team and the animation School education,
- Organize the various internal pedagogical meetings (teachers' council and school council),
- Participate in recruitment, evaluation and monitoring of the work of teachers,
- Ensure that official instructions and programs are disseminated to the teaching team,
- Contribute to the smooth running of teaching by encouraging all initiatives within the teaching team to improve the effectiveness of teaching within the framework of regulation and by promoting the proper integration of new teachers and stakeholders,
- Organize reception, supervision of students and dialogue with their parents,
- Participate in the administrative and pedagogical follow-up of students (registrations, evaluations, cancellations, absenteeism, scholarships, etc.),
- Dividing students and teachers into classrooms, as well as teaching resources,
- Ensure good communication with parents of students (meetings, briefing notes, website updates, etc.),
- Ensure the quality of the school's relations with the supervisory authorities and partners,
Educational Requirements
- Be the holder of CAPIEMP
- Successful experience of at least 5 years
- Pedagogical techniques
- Office tools
- Knowledge in child Psychology
- Group animation techniques
