Qualifications and EvaluationsRequirements:
EXPERIENCE: At least four years of utilities or housing experience, including at least six months of supervisory experience in an international organization or large local institution with more than 50 employees is required.
JOB KNOWLEDGE:
Must have a good knowledge of the local real estate market, laws and procedures, as well as prevailing leasing patterns and customs. Must have a good understanding of the organization and billing practices of local utility companies. Must have good knowledge of math and currency conversion. Is expected to develop comprehensive knowledge of Department of State/OBO real property regulations and housing policies, USG contracting and leasing procedures. Education

Must be computer literate in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook). Must be able to develop and maintain a close working relationship with property owners, draft concise analytical documents and reports, work well with colleagues, deal tactfully and respectfully with our customers. Must demonstrate skill in negotiations and resolving disputes. Must be able to analyze utilities data effectively and detect errors, overbilling, discrepancies, and press for cost reduction of services. Must be able to operate a motor vehicle and have a Class B Driver’s license. This may be tested.
