Epena Law firm is a Private Equity specialised international law firm with it’s head office in Douala Cameroon and branches in London, Paris and Nigeria with rooted knowledge in Venture capital, Company law, M&A, and Business law to name a few.

JUNIOR ASSOCIATE (M/F) IN BUSINESS CORPORATE AND FINANCE LAW

MISSION

We are a business law firm specialised in Private equity, company law, M&A, and Venture capital to name a few. We expect the recruit to be proactive, a selfstarter, analytical, dynamic, a critical thinker in treating files with a good mastery of national laws and the OHADA Uniform Acts.

PROFILE

Being a Juriste and a holder of atleast a bachelor’s degree in business law from a renowned law department/school.

Dispose of significant practicing experience in a law firm or in an institution for atleast 01 year.

Having a good mastery of spoken and written legal english will be required to evolve in the international sphere.


REQUIRED QUALITY

Team spirit, good interactive spirit, good drafting capability, flexibility, dedication, focus and eloquence.
