As a Customer Support Systems Specialist, you will join our Support Excellence team and be
primarily tasked with providing our support teams with training and documentation support.

  • Create and maintain training contents in scalable delivery formats
  • Create and maintain user support manuals for our support teams
  • Drive initiatives to generate dynamic self help page contents that will deflect ticket volume
  • Prepare and present progress reports on knowledge improvements
  • Minimum of 2 years previous customer support experience
  • Experience with creating training plans and/or training materials in video formats
  • Proven ability to simplify and document technical information for non-technical users
  • Well organized, and a self-starter
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English
Beneficial skills:
  • Knowledge of the sports-betting industry
  • Experience with CMS editors
  • Basic Swahili
