As a Customer Support Systems Specialist, you will join our Support Excellence team and be
primarily tasked with providing our support teams with training and documentation support.
Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain training contents in scalable delivery formats
- Create and maintain user support manuals for our support teams
- Drive initiatives to generate dynamic self help page contents that will deflect ticket volume
- Prepare and present progress reports on knowledge improvements
- Minimum of 2 years previous customer support experience
- Experience with creating training plans and/or training materials in video formats
- Proven ability to simplify and document technical information for non-technical users
- Well organized, and a self-starter
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English
- Knowledge of the sports-betting industry
- Experience with CMS editors
- Basic Swahili
