CORE DUTIES

Ensuring ongoing security watch, monitoring of the implementation of security risk control measures and seeing to it that IS security is in line with information security standards

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Bac(GCE A Level) + 5 year studies in Computer Science/Telecom, majoring in Systems/Security/Networks.

WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

One(01) year in similar position or any other IT Operations position would be an added advantage

Technical skills

• Know-how;
• Drafting procedures;
• Monitoring the implementation of Security policies;
• Mastering IT operations;
• Understanding IT control procedures;
• Undertaking benchmarking actions.

• Be well versed in information systems security;
• Excellent knowledge of systems, networks and databases;
• Familiar with control tools(SQL, Excel spreadsheets, mini-programming, etc.);
• knowledge of the IS legal and regulatory environment;
• Be Bilingual(French and English);

MISSION PRINCIPALE:

Assurer une veille permanente de la sécurité, Suivre l'application des mesures de maîtrise des risques de sécurité et Veiller à l'arrimage de la sécurité du SI aux normes et standards de la sécurité de l'information.

NIVEAU ACADEMIQUE:
Bac+5 en Informatique/Télécom option système/Sécurité/réseaux

EXPERIENCE REQUISE:
01 an à une fonction similaire serait un atout.

COMPETENCES REQUISES

SAVOIRS-FAIRE:

• Rédiger des procédures;
• Suivre l'application des politiques de sécurité;
• Maitriser l'exploitation informatique;
• Maitriser les procédures de contrôle informatique;
• Réaliser des actions de benchmarking

SAVOIRS:

• Excellente connaissance en sécurité des systèmes d'informations;
• Excellente connaissance en systèmes, réseaux et bases de données;
• Bonne connaissance des outils de contrôle informatiques(sql, tableaux excel, mini-programmation, etc.)
• Connaissance de l'environnement juridique et réglementaire des SI
• Etre bilingue(Français et Anglais)
