The Business & Travel Shared Services Country Analyst is an entry-level professional responsible for providing support to corporate services functions to ensure operational productivity and efficiency, in coordination with the Corporate Services function. The overall objective is to utilize technical experience to evaluate and analyze information and identify the best solutions to resolve issues and enhance productivity.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor staffing levels, compare forecasted to actual staffing, and escalate staff shortages to management
- Participate in development of forecasting models and utilize various analytical tools
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the range of processes, procedures, and systems required to complete various tasks
- Utilize Excel to prepare reports and Microsoft Access to create programs, for the user group
- Decipher processes and establish the time required to perform a function; conduct time studies for various functions
- Perform continuous updates and validation of capacity plans
- Communicate with senior leadership
- Create, implement, and report processes, and effectively communicate results
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
- Previous Analyst experience required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
