Key Responsibilities:

Work in collaboration with Branch Managers in the proper management of the bad portfolio of the company.
Work in collaboration with the credit department to ensure effective credit analyses and debt collection management in line with company policies.
Work with assigned legal practitioners to initiate appropriate legal action, within the frame work of debt recovery, Litigation and other legal issues assigned to him.

Qualification and Skills:

Have at least 3 years of practical experience in debt recovery. Experience in a Financial Institution shall be an added advantage.
Have at least a Bachelors Degree in Business Law or other equivalent professional studies in law.
Practical experience in the chambers of a legal practitioners (Barrister, Bailiffs, and Notary Public) shall equally be an added advantage.
Have a good mastery of the OHADA Uniform Acts and Jurisprudence.
Have the ability to negotiate and to design agreements for amicable settlements.

Additional Strengths:

Ability to communicate in English and French (spoken & written).
Good knowledge in contemporary legal issues
Able to work in a team fostered environment,
Be capable of working under pressure
