Job Description

The Guichet Unique project provides for the deployment of a station interface (PDA) for pump attendants and cashiers. It allows the aggregation of payment methods via mobile, the sale of services (TV subscription, insurance, transfer, banking services, etc.) and the deployment of a loyalty programme. Under the authority of the GU Operations Manager, the VIE will carry out the following tasks in support of the New Digital Services department

Compliance with HSEQ rules related to the workstation and incidents reporting.

Management of commercial performance
  • Strengthen commercial objectives follow-up:
  • Translate the strategy for increasing volumes into precise, quantified commercial objectives (SMART objectives: Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic, Timely) in each subsidiary deployed, and set up the associated governance;
  • Monitor the achievement of these objectives by proposing actions to the subsidiaries to motivate the managers/agents/territory managers;
  • Participate in the COMOP (operational committee) subsidiaries and make proposals;
  • Share best practices between subsidiaries;
  • Enrich and enhance our catalogue of services:
  • Contribute to proposing new services to diversify station revenues;
  • Collect and prioritise services/partners with high commission rates, lead the monthly Partner Committee (in particular by ensuring that the follow up Partners file is properly updated);
  • Support the subsidiaries in the commercial launch of new services deployed in the subsidiary in coordination with the local partners.
  • Define an action plan for each subsidiary to:
  • Ensure visibility in 100% of the stations offering the GU;
  • Increase awareness (propose marketing campaigns) in the subsidiaries deployed;
  • Ensure for the subsidiaries that will be deployed in 2022 that an appropriate marketing plan is developed to ensure a successful launch;
  • Ensure the signature of marketing & communication contracts with all partners integrated in the GU.
  • Coordinate with the MKRD communication & marketing team the TouchPoint commercial launches to those subsidiaries that have not yet done so, based on the assets of the communication kit at our disposal.

Context and environment

The selected candidate will receive a VIE allowance according to the Business France rates and the subsidiary will provide an accomodation in a flatshare.

Candidate profile

Desired qualifications:
  • Business school or an engineering school with a first experience in the development of new services and/or commercial animation and marketing.
Computing skills:

Microsoft Office especially Excel.
