Job vacancy: IT / Ops Engineer

Responsibilities

• As a IT/Ops Engineer, we expect you to manage all infrastructure projects tasks with Partners of all kind (API Integration, System configuration, Migrations, etc...)
• Execute daily tasks relevant to operations management, monitoring and support.
• Design new tools to monitor efficiency, using basic programming.
• Interact with the rest of the team to provide ideas and feedbacks.

Requirements

• Proven skills in SW Programming and System Configuration
• Innovative and complex problem solving
• Proactivity & autonomy
• Previous ops-related experience (3-4 years) with a proven track record of achievement within a finance or fintech environment
• Being familiar with infrastructure management, network config or security would be a big plus.
• Ideally, experience with a startup and good interpersonal skills.

You will work closely with the cofounders and must have native level French and ideally good English speaking skills. This role is remote or based in Douala at our HQ.
