En tant que premier interlocuteur du client, le guichetier est en charge de l'accueil des clients. À cette fin, il les renseigne et répond aux questions qui lui sont posées. Les renseignements peuvent concerner des domaines variés. De même, il fait de la prospection commerciale afin de mieux cerner les besoins de ses clients. Il peut également effectuer des opérations simples toujours pour venir en aide aux clients.

Ils sont en charge :

Accueillir et renseigner les clients de l'agence

• Faire la promotion de nouveaux produits ou projets
• Effectuer des opérations simples

Susciter l'intérêt des clients afin de pouvoir commercialiser certains produits ou services

• Faire remonter les informations aux supérieurs

Pour ce poste , les candidats devront avoir les compétences suivantes :

Compétences techniques

• Connaitre l’offre de service destinée à la clientèle entreprise
• Maîtriser les outils bureautiques et les applications métiers
• Appréhender le risque lié à l’activité sur son périmètre (risques de contrepartie, limites à divers...
• Maîtriser les règles et procédures en vigueur, en particulier celles liées, au secret bancaire, à la surveillance permanente et la lutte contre la fraude et le blanchiment
• Anglais commercial

Profil du candidat :

Le métier de guichetier exige un niveau d'étude minimum. Il s'agit généralement du bac, voire d'un niveau bac+1. Un cursus en droit constitue un parcours intéressant, notamment pour les métiers de la banque ou de l'assurance, ou encore pour ce qui concerne les services financiers en général. Bien évidemment, d'autres parcours peuvent aussi convenir, notamment lorsqu'il s'agit de projets de réorientation professionnelle.

• Minimum BAC/BAC+1/BTS en banque /BAC + 3 dans une des spécialités de la finance, la comptabilité, la banque ou autres filières de gestion
• Minimum de 1 an d’expérience dans le domaine .

Candidate profile:

The trade of clerk requires a minimum level of education. This is generally the bac, or even a bac + 1 level. A law course is an interesting course, especially for banking or insurance professions, or for financial services in general. Obviously, other pathways may also be suitable, especially when it comes to professional reorientation projects.

• Minimum BAC / BAC + 1 / BTS in banking / BAC + 3 in one of the specialties of finance, accounting, banking or other management fields
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the field.
