Job Purpose
Identify, develop and retain key customer relationships in conglomerates, Trade and SME.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Implement policies at ensuring prompt service delivery to customers
  • Drive business to improve the bank’s share in the market and income from relationships
  • Resuscitate dormant and create new relationships and deepen existing ones
  • Provide / facilitate first class services to customers
  • Appraise/analyze credits proposals
  • Identify and develop conglomerates banking relationships
  • Maximize account profitability
  • Asset creation and liability generation

  • Minimum Education Qualifications
  • Minimum education level –First Degree; MBA is desirable
Previous Work Experience Requirements
Minimum experience – At least 10 years’ experience in a managerial role
