. is recruiting a Sales Officer Agency Banking. The position will be based in Douala. 

Job grade: 3C 

Job level: 4 I. 

JOB PURPOSE This is a role accountable for the delivery of Agency Banking in ECM branches and sub agents. The role is to distribute, products and onboard news partners.

 II. KEY 

RESPONSABILITIES PRODUCT MANAGEMENT 
  • Provide training and guidance to both ECM & partners
  • Provide daily & monthly activity and commission report to partners. 
  • Serve a daily interface with partners on standard operational issues 
  • Sends information about Agency Banking to internal departments (marketing, accounting, legal, management etc.) 
  • Animate sales team through incentive programs, challenge and daily publication of performance. 
  • Ensure the availability of necessary resources (branding, merchandizing kit etc.) to ensure the development of Agency Banking products
  •  Handle operators inquires and answer questions about specific password & terminals problems. 
  • Ensure compliance to local legal and regulatory requirements, audits and any other credit or governance directives. 
  • Comply with all affiliate’s policies and procedures. 
  • Ensure financial targets are achieved for Agency Banking products.

  •  Share knowledge and best practice with other team members.

Reporting to: Head Agency Banking 

IV. JOB PROFILE 

Experience & Qualifications: 
  • BTS, Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree is desirable
  • Excellent experience of running commercialization globally, performing business due diligence. 
  • Good experience with Product and Capabilities Management. 
  • Strong written and verbal communications. 
  • Ideally to have two + years of experience in Agency Banking 
  • Business acumen. 
  • Relationship Building. 
  • Innovation and creativity. 
Skills, Capabilities, Personal Attributes: 
  • Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills. 
  • Strong communicator both verbal and written.
  • Ability to engage with senior leaders and other key stakeholders. 
  • Good Team spirit.
  • Results driven. 
  • Fluency in English and French.
