Nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) HR Manager - Administration & Payroll H/F basé(e) : Cameroun

Description du poste :

Mission: To help us be the best in town and deliver on the company purpose, aspiration, customer promise and values primarily by delivering excellent customer service throughout all areas of the role.

Purpose: To provide strategic and operational Human Resources, spanning oversight and guidance for efficient Employee Relations, employee lifecycle services, and compliance to employment law. To be an inspiring manager to our company.

Grade and span :
Category 10 role supervising 3 HR Advisors. Reports to the HRD.

Accountabilities and activities
  • Employee lifecycle and Payroll delivery OTIFNEProvide end-to-end administration service for all employment matters: monitor ELC processes and trackers, generate all supporting HR documentation for employees, maintain employee records.
  • Ensure the highest standards of payroll administration, in partnership with Finance dept colleagues. This includes maintaining payroll records, ensuring accurate tax payments, balancing payroll accounts.
Employee Relations management
  • Maintain quality relationships with labour authorities, act as the first point of contact between the company and those, provide them with required reports and documentation.
  • Ensure business compliance regarding the relation with staff representatives and how they operate. Maintain constructive communication with them.
  • Advise and support managers with employee relations issues including disciplinary, grievance and redundancy.
  • Investigate employee relations issues and work to ensure HR-related decisions are consistent and fair.
Data management and metrics analysis
  • Consolidate social reporting figures, deliver mandatory annual reports, and develop social dashboards
  • Oversee the recording, monitoring and reporting for all relevant employment issues
  • Ensure compliance with Data Protection standards in relation to employee records
  • Analyses metrics, reports emerging trends and integrates on actions and continuous improvement suggestions
Advisory on strategic HR
  • Advise and support the Company Leadership Team to achieve and maintain compliance with legal and regulatory obligations.
  • Initiate, coordinate, and enforce systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Advise on Policy where there is challenge or question, provide advice on interpretation and ensure consistency of approach.
  • Develop and support management/employee consultation processes
  • Promote the maximum take up of exit interviews for all leavers, reporting findings and making recommendations as appropriate to CLT
  • Collate staff insight through employee surveys (HR related), discussions and meetings. Plan and implement suggested improvements where possible.
People management
  • Lead, coach and motivate team members.
  • Ensure direct reports are trained and equipped to be a high performing team, and to grow to the next level of their career.
  • Play a strong coaching role for employees beyond supervisory scope, to contribute in driving healthy work climate and accountability.
Profil recherché :
  • Skills and functional capabilitiesSound knowledge of employment law and practical application. Be familiar with country specific laws and regulations governing HR.
  • Understanding and deep knowledge of HR policies, procedures and practices, and ability to advise on them.
  • Strong numerical skills paired with ability to analyse, interpret, and use data.
  • Ability to define problems, establish facts, analyse situations, and make decisions.
  • Strong understanding of confidentiality as it relates to Human Resources.
  • PC literacy and understanding of HR technology and its uses.

Experience and qualifications
  • Academic background: Master’s Degree in human resources or related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Required experience: 5-year Payroll experience including 2 years’ experience in HR management/advisory role.
  • Previous experience of people/team management would be an added advantage.
  • Specific training and certifications: Payroll qualification (preferably Sage) would be an added advantage.
