ECOBANK CAMEROUN S.A is recruiting a Facilities & Realty Officer


  • Manage efficiently the Facilities and Real Estate in the affiliate 
  • Manage housekeeping, catering, reception, mail room services, records management/archiving, allocation of offices (Moves) and meeting room in the affiliate. 
  • Providing, Health and Safety guidance to ensure that all the buildings in the affiliate and staff are sound and safe. 
  • Monitor the cleaning contracts in the affiliates. 
  • Management of rentals, rating, valuations and dealing with landlords issues 
  • Exploring, identifying, and tracking areas of EBS savings. 
  • Ensure timely reporting on all leases, valuation, and cost information on all Properties from the affiliate. 
  •  Ensure that the buildings in the affiliates are Clean and safe for use/occupation 
  • Lease Management and administration 
  • Management of assets Management of all maintenance works 
  • Monitor contractor’s delivery in the execution of works 
  • Build business relationship internal and external workers 
  • Review and recommend creative ways of effectively managing facilities to reduce cost 
  • Ensure proper safe keeping of records/archives 
  • Any other duties that will be assigned by Supervisor EBS Service and Country EBS Head from time to time.

  • Organizing and prioritizing Facilities and Real Estate activities. 
  • Developing and implementing Facility and Real Estate Management strategies. 
  • Actively search out opportunities with major potential service providers 
  • Promote open, constructive and collaborative relations 
  • Set business strategy and translate into measurable goals and motivate others to achieve them
  • Managing staff, contractors and service suppliers 


  • Good First Degree in Facilities Management or Building Technology or Real Estate
  • Management Good working knowledge on Health and Safety. 
  • Good knowledge in Facilities and Real Estate Services 
  • Good skills in use of ERP systems such as SAP, SAGE, ARIBA, Etc 
  • Excellent negotiation skills 
  • Team Player 
  • Good communication skills 
  • Good IT Skills 
  • Leadership skills 
  • Professional affiliation to any recognized professional body will be an added advantage 
  • Master’s degree in a related discipline is an advantage 


  • Deliver Facilities and Realty costs in Capex and Opex budgets.
