Job Position: GENERAL MANAGER
Work location : Douala, Cameroon
Reports to : CEO

Duties and Responsibilities.
As a General managers, you responsibility will be to oversee daily business activities, improving overall business functions, train heads of departments, manage budgets, develop strategic plans, create policies, and communicating business goals with other staffs
Requirement
- Business Degree in Management or any related field.
- Good knowledge of Different business function.
- Strong leadership qualities.
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to prioritize and deliver reports.
- Strong work ethic
- Good interpersonal skills
- proactive and passionate
- Vision and result driven.
Candidate's Profile
- Sex: Male or Female
- Age: 30-45years
- Complimentary studies: Leadership development, Finance, Marketing and Sales, Management.
- Working Experience: 5years and above.
- Language: English and French
- Location: Douala
