Intel HRC is looking for a Customer Service Officer (Permanent) for one of our clients. He/ She would handle customer records, queries and complaints.

Responsabilities
- Ensure the follow-up and finalization of customer records as part the organization import procedures.
- Handle customer queries and complaints.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years' worth of International Trade experience or related fields and with a recognized qualification degree
- Experience and good knowledge of customer service management
- Good communication skills both in French and English
- Good organisational skills
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion.
