- Hold an A4Ser/GCE A baccalaureate;
- Have a professional experience ranging from 0 to 2 years;
- Be between 21 and 27 years old:
- Good command of the French and English language;
- Telephone fluency, good elocution;
- Have the following skills;
- Easy use of office tools;
- Good interpersonal skills/sense of diplomacy/ friendliness.
- Power of persuasion;
- Assertiveness;
Main missions
Ensure the telephone reception of customers Issurance or reception of the call with personal identification:
- Identification of the interlocutor and his request.
- Processing of the interlocutor's request or redirection to the service or the competent person
- Recording of all requests in the customer data base and physical registers.
- Processing of incoming electronic messages.
- Participation in additional activities such as: carrying out satisfaction surveys or tele-surveys, loyalty operations, updating data etc.
