MTN Cameroon is looking for Senior Representative - Credit Collection Premium Cust.Customer Experience and Services
Location: Yaoundé, Centre, Cameroon
Job Description
Operational Delivery
- Ensure reconciliation of accounts under designated portfolio
- Collect payment of invoices within contractual deadline
- Maintain monitoring & control activity to reduce bad debt and other credit risks
- Manage Credit facilities given to customers in order to minimize the company’s risk exposure in line with Company Credit Policy
- Manage dispute based on business rules and contracts ( Compliance)
- Ensure timely validation of invoices with customers and follow-up for payment.
- Perform other credit management tasks as assigned by the Credit Collections line manager
- Ensure prompt and effective communication of credit status to customers.
- Participate in the implementation of revised credit risk rating for postpaid subscribers
- Apply Credit collection policies
- Review sorting of subscriber in each segment according to credit risk rating utilized
- Escalate all cases of POS credit Sales invoices not delivered and liaise with Sales Account management team to deliver and follow up for collection.
Job Specifications/ Minimum & Preferred Requirements
Education / Business Degree
- Minimum of 2 years Diploma in Business Administration (Accounting, Marketing or Finance)
- Certificate in Credit Vetting or Credit Management is an added advantage
Work Experience
- At least 3 years working experience of which 2 - 3 years in collections, credit vetting and analysis
- Experience in Commercial Customer Care is a plus
