Union camerounaises de Brasseries, Groupe KADJI is looking for DRIVER DEVELOPMENT OFFICER (DDO) (M/F)
TYPE OF CONTRACT: CDI
ASSIGNMENTS: EXPERTISE:

Develop a driver development program and take all drivers Mastery of computers through it Défensive Driving expérience
Teach and train Defensive Driving skills to all drivers. Ability to impart Knowledge and very articulate
Continuously assess drivers in the field and determine specific Conversant with Root Cause Analysis modules (5WHY)
Driving skills for specific areas Of interest, (OJT) Knowledge of various Vehicle Models gear-train Systems
Carry out routine route appraisals with driver and impart skills Conversant with Green-band Driving techniques for special route related challenges (OJT)

REQUIRED SKILLS

Traceable Driver Training History Good with the SAP SOFTWARE

QUALIFICATIONS:

KNOW-HOW:

Academic qualification: GCE ADVANCED LEVEL + DRIVING LICENCE:
Good asset care skills B/BE/C/CE/D/DE
Good communication skills
Professional Experience: At least 5 years at Driver Training Position Good interpersonnel skills
Relevant Experience: Holder of Defensive Driving Certificate or equivalent Good serpentine parking and Alley-docking skills
Ability to communicate in French and English Tough and very Strict
