TYPE OF CONTRACT: CDI
ASSIGNMENTS:
- Formulation and execution of Vehicle preventive maintenance work which are in line With the overall SCTL business strategy.
- Manage the day to day Vehicle maintenance workflow activities including, spares planning, work-planning and supervision and productivity management in order for the workshop to meet its Objectives.
- Develops, implements and reviews short term tactical interventions in line with any changes in business operating environment.
REQUIRED SKILLS
QUALIFICATIONS;
- Academic qualification: Higher Technician's Certificate in mechanical engineering with specialization in automotive/Equivalent
- Professional Experience-: At least 10 years in the fields and 5 must be in the same position as a workshop Manager
- Relevant Management Training/ Program
- Administrative Degree will be an Added advantage
EXPERTISE:
- Mastery of computers
- Very proficient with Excel
- Knowledge of Fleet Maintenance History filing
- Ability to Set SMART Goals for workshop team
- Conversant with Root Cause Analysis modules (5WHY)
- Ability to generate trends on défets and proffer solutions
- Knowledgeable of SAP Plant maintenance
- Proven Knowledge of Préventive Maintenance
- Self starter with ability to work under pressure
- Good with the SAP SOFTWARE

- High Analytical skills
- Motivated, adaptable and dynamic
- High endurance and able to work under pressure
