Function: Customer Experience
Positions:
- Single Carrier Team Intern
- Multi Carrier Team Intern
- Execution Team Intern
Responsibilities:
- Single or Multi Carrier Team Intern: Support team to deliver great customer experience by seamlessly executing the dispatch work order from the booking system to vendors for relevant modalities such as rail, truck, barge, etc.
- Counter Team Intern: Manage the customer experience in all interactions with customers and intermediaries that come to the counter as well as supporting with issue resolution at the delivery order.
Who we are looking for:
- An undergraduate or graduate student between the ages of 18 – 30 years
- An educational background in Logistics will be a plus
- Proficiency in both the English and French languages will be a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and be proactive

OPPORTUNITY AREA 2.
Function: Sales
Positions: Sales Intern
Responsibilities:
Sales Intern: Support the sales team to build a strong, profitable, and value-based sales approach, with a proactive and customer-centric mindset.

- An educational background in Logistics will be a plus
- Proficiency in both the English and French languages will be a plus

Function: Finance
Positions:
Logistics & Services Payable Intern
Responsibilities:
- Logistics & Services Payable Intern: Support the finance team to deliver customer promise related to timeliness and accuracy of invoicing in addition to ensuring that the suppliers are paid for the services offered as per contractual obligations.
Who we are looking for:
- An undergraduate or graduate student between the ages of 18 – 30 years
- An educational background in Finance is desired
- Proficiency in both the English and French languages will be a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and be proactive

OPPORTUNITY AREA 3.
Function: Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)
Positions:
HSE Intern
Responsibilities:
- HSE Intern: Support the HSE team to deliver operational HSE objectives.

- An undergraduate or graduate student between the ages of 18 – 30 years
- An educational background in Environmental, Health, Safety, Industrial Engineering or equivalent discipline will be a plus
- Proficiency in both the English and French languages will be a plus

OPPORTUNITY AREA 4.
Function: Products
Positions:
- Fleet Management Intern
- Warehouse & Distribution Intern
- Depot Operations Intern
Responsibilities:
- Support the respective teams (. i.e., Fleet Management, Warehouse & distribution or Depot Operations) to achieve all relevant operational objectives.
Who we are looking for:
- An undergraduate or graduate student between the ages of 18 – 30 years
- An educational background in Logistics or an equivalent discipline will be a plus
- Proficiency in both the English and French languages will be a plus

Function: Logistics & Services (LnS) Procurement
Positions:
LnS Procurement Intern
Responsibilities:
- Support the LnS Procurement team to achieve operational objectives by learning and understanding existing processes, identifying and escalating gaps and applying required changes.
