Credit Africa Invest S.A, abbreviated « CREA INVEST », is a category 2 microfinance that went fully operational in 2018 under the new COBAC regulation. CREA INVEST has its headquarters in Douala at Bonapriso and its commercial branches in Yaounde, Buea and Douala.

With the aim of strengthening its workforce, CREA INVEST is recruiting an Account Manager for its Buea branch.
Assignments:
Under the authority of the Branch Management, the Account Manager is responsible for the growth in number and quality of the branch's portfolio:
- Respect the rules of security and ethics (Anti Money Laundering policies) ;
- Analyse loan request and collect information ;
- Follow up on reimbursements and debt collection ;
- Manage and develop your credit and deposit portfolio ;
- Support/assist the Branch manager in his missions ;
- Perform any other action and task recommended by the hierarchy
Expected qualities and performance criteria:
- Mastery of products and services sold in Microfinance institutions
- Mastery of banking techniques
- Excellent skill in loan analysis
- Be perfectly bilingual (French and English)
- Be a Cameroonian (Male/Female)
- Be oriented customer and result
- Be passionate about sales and the field
- Moral probity
Profile required:
- BAC+3 (Bachelor’s degree) in Banking and Finance, Management Science, Accounting, Commercial Action, and/or any equivalent diploma
- Reside in the city of Buea
- Have significant experience of at least 02 years in the management of a client portfolio and 02 years in a similar position (account manager), within a 2nd category MFI or a bank
- Be a Cameroonian (Male/Female)
- Be available immediately
