ECOBANK CAMEROUN S.A. is recruiting a Treasury Custody Officer ready to work across the national territory.
The position is based in Douala.
Job level: 5
Job grade: 3C
JOB PURPOSE
- Safeguard and manages the securities and other assets of mutual funds under the bank’s custody.
- Maintain constant relationship with Mutual funds.
KEY RESPONSABILITIES
- Responsible to review all sales and purchases of assets, reconciliation of cash and confirmation of shares/units transferred to the right investor.
- Ensure accurate and updated information for each unit holder of the mutual funds with respect to
- regulation.
- Send security releases confirmation copies to fund managers.
- Processing instructions of mutual funds
- Provide other support to the unit as and when needed.
- Fully ensure the regulatory role of custodian as per the regulation of COSUMAF n°1 of the 21st July 2022.
TEAM
- Support custody and treasury team so as to enable them achieve set targets.

Education
- Minimum first degree
Work Experience
- Minimum of 1-year experience in a financial institution
Skills
- Analytical

Knowledge
- Working Knowledge of Excel
- Appreciation of securities Accounting
- CEMAC Financial and money market
