Roles
We're looking for a talented and creative UX/UI Designer to join our team. As a UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for designing and creating exceptional user experiences for our digital products.
As an UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for:
- Produce high-quality UX design solutions through visual and graphic design, storyboards, sitemaps, prototypes and interactive mock-ups for the different phases of the design process.
- Understanding customer needs and translating these into attractive and intuitive user interfaces.
- Working with the development teams to ensure that the designs are implemented effectively.
- Carrying out user tests to validate design concepts and make improvements accordingly.
- Ensuring visual consistency, good design and intuitive use across all digital products.
- Develop technical and business requirements and always strive to deliver intuitive, user-centric solutions.
Intermediate Consultant Skills and Qualifications
- Master degree in Software Engineering
- Minimum 2 years proven experience as a UX/UI Designer.
- Strong knowledge of user interface and user experience design principles.
- Mastery of design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, etc.
- Good written and oral communication skills are essential
- The ideal candidate will focus on delivering functionality to end-users, and will be someone who likes to do things well. Customer empathy is a must. Last, we value being at the top of tech: the right candidate will have to demonstrate aptitude for self training.
Portfolio showing examples of user interface and user experience design work highly appreciated.
