We are recruiting one (5) bilingual Customer service representatives on behalf of an immigration company in Yaounde.
Type : Professional Internship non payable
Duration : 4 months renewable with a work contract
Missions
You are responsible for assisting the Operations Director in the following tasks: management of incoming/outgoing calls, mail management, writing of weekly reports, negotiation of contracts with partners ( customers).
Eligibility Criteria
- Have a sense of humor and know how to manage the complains of customers
- Good in data analysis
- Good in research
- Know how to negotiate with customers
- Know how to express yourself with good diction.
- Mastery of office tools (MS office) ,excel and Internet Outlook.
- Minimum Bac+2 in management, economics, Banking and finance, marketing or other discipline with mastery of administrative tasks.
- Be disciplined, understand quickly, be persuasive.
- Able to work under pressure
- Having experience in the field of visa assistance, study abroad, immigration service would be an asset.
- Being able to express yourself and read the English and French language would be an asset.
- Having skills in digital marketing would be an asset.
