We are looking for a Human Resource Supervisor.

Job Position: Human Resource Supervisor

Job Location: Tchad

Key Accountabilities:

Organize the development of enterprise recruitment, training and performance appraisal system, the formulation of human resources job description and management process;
Responsible for the implementation of recruitment plan, assist in interview
Responsible for the staff's entry and exit procedures, deal with labor contract disputes
Responsible for employee's salary accounting, tax and social insurant payment

Qualifications and experience :

Min bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management
Over 5 years work experience, at least 2 years in HR team management
Professional human resources management skills, familiar with human resources management processes and related laws and regulations and policies;
Participated in the relevant human resources management, labor laws and regulations and other aspects of training work;
Recognition of TRANSSION’S culture;

Capabilities and Skills :

Ability to solve problems;
Good communication skills;
Fluent in English (written and spoken);
Good analytical skills;
Organization, rigor, ability to work under pressure;
Hard working, Responsible, with a high degree of enthusiasm for work.
