- Immediately Language: English
- Maintain employee records (Attendance, Identification, documents, contracts etc) according to Policy and legal requirements.
- Prepare staff handbooks, administer payroll and maintain employees records.
- Ensure compliance with Labor law rules, regulations and best practices. Support the management on disciplinary and grievance issues.
- Assist in performance management processes.
- Be actively involved in recrutment by preparing job descriptions and managing the hiring proces.
- Create and implement effective onboarding plans.
- Support the development and implementation of Human Resource (HR) initiatives and systems.
- Provide counceling on policies and procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource/ Business Administration/Law
- Proficiency in English speaking and Writing.
- Understanding and good Mastery of Labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
- Minimum knowledge of information and technology (IT) skills especially excell is required if managing and operating computerized payroll and benefits system.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, problem solving and decision-making aptitude.
