Afriland First Bank is recruiting 10 Permanent Controllers across its network

Job title: Permanent Controllers 

Location: Across the Afriland First Bank Network
Line Manager: Head of Department/Permanent Control Manager
POSITIONS: 10

KEY DUTIES

• Designing, implementing, conducting, and evaluating controls on all banking operations; Identifying anomalies and malfunctions;
• Analyzing causes of dysfunction and developing corrective action plans;
• Monitoring the implementation of corrective plans;
• Providing various support (Advisory-Training-Evaluation):
• Safeguarding the Bank's assets;
• Ensuring the quality of the Bank's accounting and financial information
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, laws, and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in Accounting, Banking & Finance, Management Sciences, Mathematics, Law, Statistics, or Computer Science, with or without professional experience.
