Profile sought :

• Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B services sales ;
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills ;
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships ;
• Autonomy and initiative ;
• Ambition to achieve and exceed sales targets ;
• French or English ;
• Being bilingual is an asset.

Missions :

• Identify and prospect new B2B clients ;
• Develop and manage a client portfolio ;
• Negotiate and close service sales ;
• Ensure client follow-up and satisfaction ;
• Collaborate with the team to develop effective sales strategies ;
• Collaborate with sales and marketing managers to develop and implement effective sales strategies ;
• Knowledge of digital marketing ;
• Expertise in online prospecting on social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).

Location : Douala.

Internship opportunity : Social Media Management

Required profile:

• Male/Female ;
• Minimum 2 years of higher education in communication, digital marketing or a similar field ;
• Good knowledge of social media and creative tools (Canva, CapCut, etc.) ;
• Impeccable spelling, aesthetic sense and creativity ;
• Good command of English (written and spoken) essential for bilingual content ;
• Team spirit, curiosity, motivation and a sense of innovation.

Main tasks:

• Creating engaging content (posts, stories, reels, visuals, videos, etc.) ;
• Planning and publishing on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn ;
• Community management (responding to messages and comments) ;
• Participating in the digital communication strategy.
