ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE OPENING OF THE 2025 HOLIDAY INTERNSHIP PROGRAM

The Mayor of the City of Douala informs the general public, and school-going youth in particular, that a school holiday internship program is being organized within his institution for the benefit of 800 (eight hundred) pupils and students (divided into two groups of 400 each) for the months of June and July 2025.

This social program, which aims to combat idleness and other negative behaviors that young people may be exposed to during the school break, reflects the commitment of the community executive to promote the well-being and development of young people.

The main activities will include community service tasks (sweeping and cleaning of public spaces, weeding, clearing of drains, repainting of surfaces, temporary support in administrative services, etc.)

Application files will be received until June 5, 2025 at exactly 3:30 PM, at the Department of Culture and Tourism, Social Affairs, Youth and Sports, located in Bonanjo, 1049 Rue Pasteur, 3rd floor of the SCI Bonanjo building, and must compulsorily include:


An unstamped application letter for a holiday internship addressed to the Mayor of the City;
A photocopy of the student ID card for the 2024-2025 academic year.
