Main Responsibilities:
Safe Transportation of the Team:
- Ensure the daily transport of investigators and supervisors to the various survey sites.
 - Optimize routes to efficiently cover the study area.
 - Logistical Support:
 - Assist in locating difficult-to-access survey zones.
 - Participate in loading/unloading data collection equipment (tablets, survey kits, etc.).
 - Vehicle Maintenance:
 - Perform basic technical checks (oil level, tire pressure, etc.).
 - Immediately report any mechanical issues requiring repair.
 
- Strictly follow the traffic code and safety instructions.
 - Ensure the safety of the team and equipment under all circumstances.
 
- Valid Category C driver’s license.
 - Proven professional driving experience (minimum 2 years).
 - In-depth knowledge of the intervention area (roads, villages, neighborhoods).
 - Reliability and punctuality are essential.
 - Strong service orientation and adaptability.
 - Asset: Basic mechanical knowledge.
 
- At least 2 years of experience as a driver (field experience with 4x4 vehicles) with a strong performance record and no accidents.
 - Experience with an NGO and/or an international agency is an asset.

Main Responsibilities:
Team Management:
- Supervise a team of 5 to 10 field investigators.
 - Organize and lead briefings before the start of surveys.
 - Train investigators on Kobbo Collect and data collection methodologies.
 
- Daily check of data collected via Kobbo Collect to identify inconsistencies.
 - Conduct field audits to ensure adherence to procedures.
 - Correct and resend incomplete or incorrect questionnaires for revision.
 
- Plan the field investigators' routes and optimize their movements.
 - Produce daily or weekly progress reports.
 - Identify and resolve technical or operational issues (refusals, difficult access, etc.).
 
- Report progress to the project manager.
 - Participate in follow-up meetings and adjust methodology if necessary.
 
- Minimum of a BAC + 3 in Project Management, Statistics, or other related fields.
 - Proven experience in supervising field investigators or managing data collection projects.
 - Advanced proficiency in Kobbo Collect (or similar tools like ODK, SurveyCTO).
 - Excellent knowledge of the study area (local languages, customs).
 - Analytical skills: Ability to detect anomalies in datasets.
