The entrance examination to the Government Technical Teacher Training Colleges (GTTTC) for the 2025 session in Cameroon is open to young Cameroonians wishing to train as secondary school teachers in the field of technical education.
A total of five thousand six hundred and fifteen (5,615) student-teachers will be recruited in the GTTTC schools located in Bafoussam, Bertoua, Douala, Ebolowa, Garoua, Maroua, Ngaoundéré, and Soa for Francophone candidates, and in Jikejem, Kumba, and Mbenwi for Anglophone candidates.
The examination will take place on Tuesday, July 29, and Wednesday, July 30, 2025, in all regional capitals of Cameroon.
Eligibility Conditions
Be of Cameroonian nationality.
Be at least 17 years old and at most 32 years old on January 1, 2025.
Hold at least a Baccalaureate in series C, D, E, TI, or G, a Technician's Certificate, or a Professional
Certificate.
Application File
- The application file generally includes the following documents:
- A handwritten application letter addressed to the Director of GTTTC
- A photocopy of the birth certificate
- A photocopy of the Baccalaureate certificate
- A medical certificate
- Two information forms
- A nationality certificate
- A clean criminal record certificate
- Proof of payment of the exam fee of 10,000 FCFA
Selection Process
- Candidate selection is based on a written examination consisting of the following tests:
- General Mathematics
- Applied Mathematics
- Case Study
- Second Language test
