About The Role

We are seeking a customer-focused and driven Assistant Manager, Retail Client Services team at RHB Asset Management. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering excellent service to our retail clients, managing day-to-day operational matters, and ensuring all client transactions are processed efficiently and accurately. You will play a key role in supporting client onboarding, handling inquiries, and driving service improvements across the retail client segment.

What You Will Be Doing

• Manage and oversee daily client servicing activities, ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback through various communication channels, ensuring high service quality and prompt resolution
• Support client onboarding processes including KYC, documentation verification, and account setup
• Liaise with internal departments such as operations, compliance, and sales to support retail client needs
• Ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies
• Monitor and review service metrics, identify service gaps, and recommend process improvements
• Assist in the development and implementation of client service initiatives to enhance customer experience
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members to ensure consistent service delivery
