Job Description

We are currently seeking a professional and customer-oriented Receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing reservations, and ensuring smooth and efficient front desk operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests upon arrival with courtesy, professionalism and a high level of confidentiality.
• Manage check-in and check-out procedures.
• Handle reservations, guest inquiries, phone calls, and emails.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and guest information.
• Provide guests with information on services, facilities, and local attractions.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest atisfaction.
• Keep the front desk organized, tidy, and presentable at all times.
• Support housekeeping staff when necessary to maintain cleanliness across the premises.
• Teachable and open to learning.

Requirements

• Minimum of an Advanced Level Certificate.
• Previous experience as a receptionist or in customer service is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English (French is an added advantage).
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain calm under pressure.
• Friendly, professional demeanor with a high level of confidentiality.
• Must reside in or around Simbock, Damas, or Mbalgong (Hadassah, Simbock, or Edzoa preferred).
