| Moroccan Scholarship Program for International Students 2026 |
Applications have officially opened for the Moroccan Scholarship Program for International Students. The scholarship is offered by the Government of the Kingdom of Morocco through the Moroccan Agency for International Cooperation (AMCI). It is great opportunity for talent international students to study at Moroccan Higher Institutions and Vocational Training Centers. For the academic year 2026-2027, 20 full scholarships are available for Undergraduate, Master’s, and PhD programs.
Applicants are expected to have some level of mastery in French this is the language of instruction in most training institutions in Morocco. Selected candidates will then take French language courses at the International Language Centre in Rabat. After completing the course, students will have a language exam. Benefits of Moroccan Government Scholarship Program:
- Applicants will receive a monthly stipend of 1750 Moroccan Dirhams.
- 1 air ticket at the beginning of the course and 1 return ticket at the end of the studies will be included.
- The program includes insurance as well.
- Master’s or Doctorate degree students can apply for a lump sum grant to cover the cost of printing their dissertation or thesis along with the evidence.
Eligibility Criteria for Moroccan Scholarship for International Students:
- Applicants should have some level of mastery in French language.
- For Undergraduate studies, students should be between 19 and 23 years old.
- They should hold a CAPE/Associate degree from 2025 or 2026 with a good academic record during the last two semesters of their studies.
- For Master’s studies, students must have a bachelor’s degree in the requested program of study with “1st class” or “2nd class”. They should have a good academic record.
- For PhD programs, students must have a graduate degree in the requested program of study.
- Candidates applying for Master’s or PhD must mention the program and university of their choice from the list available at: enssup.gov.ma.

- Download and fill out the application form.
- Provide all the required information.
- Read and agree to the terms and conditions.
- Attach the required documents mentioned.
- Submit the completed application file (form and documents) at the Human Resource Development Unit of the Department of Education and Digital Transformation, 4th Floor, Francis Compton Building, The Waterfront, Castries.
