United Nations Nippon Foundation Fellowship 2023 is designed to equip government officials as well as mid-level professionals with advanced knowledge and techniques regarding ocean affairs and the international law on seas. The fully-funded fellowship has systematic information for all the deliverables i.e. a 100 page written thesis, research presentation, and an ocean governance matrix.
