JOB DESCRIPTION
Operational Delivery
- Engage clients in order to design and develop customized solutions matching their requirements
- Work in collaboration with PreSales and Sales/Account Management teams to provide necessary inputs to close deals
- Translate customer business requirements into workable solutions based on existing portfolio of Products & Services and Partnerships solutions
- Execute standardization of Solutions per verticals and segments, based on Products & services portfolio, serving as Subject Matter Experts in related technology areas
- Recommend to Products team improvements/adjustments required to meet current or future customers demands
- Deliver timely customized solutions to Bid Office where required
- Lead co-creation approach across the segments/verticals
- Identify and recommend strategic partnerships to Products and business developments units, in order to enrich the capabilities of solutions
- Synchronize with Technology and Products teams to ensure portfolio updates and support model update
- Ensure transitioning of solutions designed to all impacted relevant units
QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
- Master’s degree in IT, Telecommunications or related engineering fields
- Certifications in ICT and related domains required
- Fluent in English and French
Minimum experience of 3 years including:
- 2 years in IT/Telecoms industry experience in a sales or customer facing organization
- Experience in ICT solutions deployment required
Training:
- Relevant industry certifications in IT, Security and/or IP network (e.g. ITILv3, CISSP, vendor-specific certifications)
