JOB DESCRIPTION

Operational Delivery
  • Engage clients in order to design and develop customized solutions matching their requirements
  • Work in collaboration with PreSales and Sales/Account Management teams to provide necessary inputs to close deals
  • Translate customer business requirements into workable solutions based on existing portfolio of Products & Services and Partnerships solutions
  • Execute standardization of Solutions per verticals and segments, based on Products & services portfolio, serving as Subject Matter Experts in related technology areas
  • Recommend to Products team improvements/adjustments required to meet current or future customers demands
  • Deliver timely customized solutions to Bid Office where required
  • Lead co-creation approach across the segments/verticals
  • Identify and recommend strategic partnerships to Products and business developments units, in order to enrich the capabilities of solutions
  • Synchronize with Technology and Products teams to ensure portfolio updates and support model update
  • Ensure transitioning of solutions designed to all impacted relevant units
QUALIFICATIONS

Education:
  • Master’s degree in IT, Telecommunications or related engineering fields
  • Certifications in ICT and related domains required
  • Fluent in English and French
Minimum experience of 3 years including:
  • 2 years in IT/Telecoms industry experience in a sales or customer facing organization
  • Experience in ICT solutions deployment required
Training:
  • Relevant industry certifications in IT, Security and/or IP network (e.g. ITILv3, CISSP, vendor-specific certifications)
