As the Key Accounts Coordinator for Landside Transportation in Cameroon,
you'll be responsible for dispatching timely and accurate customer deliveries
within specified transit times. Your role involves executing, supporting, and
coordinating daily operations tasks related to Maersk shipments, ensuring
adherence to agreed procedures and timely results delivery. This includes
liaising with suppliers and optimizing transport planning through
triangulation to enhance service delivery efficiency.

Responsibilities:
- Regularly monitor file progression and update Front Line Staff to ensure timely actions and track progress.
- Execute operations with cost-saving strategies, maintaining safety and reliability standards, and efficient planning.
- Proactively prevent additional costs (storages/demurrage/detention) and analyze reasons for any incurred costs, suggesting improvement actions.
- Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders (truckers, Customs, shipping lines, terminals, etc.) to enhance operational efficiency.
- Liaise with suppliers to optimize transport planning using triangulation methods.
- Ensure cargo visibility throughout the delivery chains and update systems promptly.
- Drive improvements in key processes to enhance productivity and service levels for on-time delivery.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and provide feedback to internal teams regarding challenges impacting service delivery or cost changes.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics and landside transportation.
- Solution-oriented mindset with strong analytical skills.
- In-depth knowledge of local logistics operations and systems.
- Proficiency in planning and stakeholder management.
- Strong execution mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and prioritize customer satisfaction.
- Cost-conscious with a focus on optimization.
- Proficiency in both written and verbal English and French is required.
