ROAD SAFETY SUPERVISOR
Mission
The Road Safety Supervisor is responsible for the reception. They monitor, control reception and are in charge of awareness before travel, monitoring, and reconciliation of trips. They are responsible for the vehicle and driver until the return to base for some, and until the product delivery for others, as well as debriefing on the trips.
Main Responsibilities
- Monitor the implementation of the consequence management procedure for Heavy Goods Vehicle & Light Vehicle drivers.
- Follow weekly and monthly performance of drivers and transporters (Suspension & reward based on scorecard, Writing sanction letters for undisciplined drivers and best drivers).
- Monitor vehicle and driver compliance.
- Conduct pre-qualification audits for drivers.
- Monthly reporting of the drivers’ scorecard in the TAC tool.
- Consolidation of weekly & monthly reports.
- Perform Road patrols and RRA.
- Monitor the implementation of the Fatal Road Crash CCM.
- Conduct driver feedback and debriefing of drivers.
- Ensure correct traffic management on the site.
- Supervise activities on site, including vehicle registration, inspection, and traffic.
- Ensure proper working facilities for drivers on the site.
- Ensure full compliance with road safety rules for vehicles circulating between the Bidzar quarry and the factory.
- Ensure full compliance with road safety rules for light vehicles of the group (driver awareness, weekly reports).
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in QHSE, logistics, or any equivalent qualification.
- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in the industrial sector.
- Driving license B.
- Good knowledge of transport and handling equipment.
- Good knowledge of the national mapping.
- Good knowledge of computer tools (Excel & Word).
- Ability to operate in a multicultural environment.

Mission
The Logistics Supervisor is responsible for planning and monitoring the implementation of all factory supply operations for raw materials and cement delivery to clients, ensuring the optimization of resources and logistics costs.
Main Responsibilities
- Consolidate needs and implement delivery plans for materials and products in collaboration with production and sales.
- Ensure the implementation of the planning process and report dysfunctions.
- Guarantee an efficient and secure customer experience (Reception and handling of clients, order processing, communication, complaint management, documentation management, etc.).
- Prepare and participate in customs controls.
- Participate in the S&OP process (preparation, execution, and implementation of action plans).
- Ensure compliance of operations, documents, and system data.
- Perform periodic reconciliations and conduct monthly closure operations.
- Analyze operations in the system, report and follow up on corrections until ticket closure.
- Verify and justify transportation provisions generated in ERP that affect expense accounts.
- Optimize the fleet management and ensure vehicle availability according to the delivery plan.
- Monitor factory/warehouse stock levels and ensure optimal stock levels.
- Analyze the market to identify and seize opportunities for logistics optimization and cost reduction.
- Ensure effective communication and good collaboration with internal stakeholders (Intra-Logistics, Sales, Production) and external stakeholders (Partners/suppliers).
- Write and ensure the implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure the availability of necessary tools and equipment to achieve team objectives.
- Monitor logistics performance and ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements/KPIs.
- Effectively manage employees and implement development actions.
- Implement continuous improvement plans.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum Bac +3 in Management/Logistics/Commerce & Distribution.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience, including 2 years in logistics planning.
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite – Advanced Excel level.
- Experience (or exposure) to ERP systems (LIFE, JDE, SAP…).
