BASSAGAL CONSULTING AFRICA recruit for one of its client (01) Sales
Analyst.
Position based in Douala
You will have as principal mission : The incubant will be reporting and
working very closely with the sales Manager. He will be responsible of sales
and contributions data treatment and analysis. He will also be in charge of
the trade loyalty program (TLP) back office treatment including data analysis
and, objectives and payments computation in order to ensure implementation and
follow up by Area Lead, Regional Trade Marketing teams. The incubent will be
closely working with Area Marketing team in order to share all needed
information for data analysis of their respective regions. He will have to
travel from time to time around the national territory. The incubent will be
based in Douala
You will have as principal activities :
- Treats sales, distribution and sales programs for data analysis;
- Treats salesforce incentive data;
- Implement and updates reports;
- Share reporting with Sales Department in order to support analysis and decision making;
- Comes up with recommendations in line with objectives;
- In charge of the trade loyalty program data treatment, analytical follow up, back office objectives settings and customer incentive treatment and follow ufçp;
- Communicates computed TPL objectives to Trade Marketing Department;
- Collaborate closely with Trade Marketing Department on sales achievements vs objectives as well as incentives payments;
- Ensure continuous and permanent feedback analysis on sales/distributionand trade loyalty program in order to contribute to qualitative an pro-active management decision making;
- Respond efficiently to Sales and Trade Marketing teams enquiries in data treatment, trade loyalty program report and follow up;
- Owns a customer oriented aptitude and attitude in order torespond positively, quickly and efficiently to internal and external stakeholder;
- Understand the market through field knowledge and a permanent exchange with Area Leads and Trade Marketing Department to ensure an analytical support and proposals to contribute to the business and sales distribution development.
- Provides manager with daily/weekly/monthly sales and distribution reports and trade loyalty program analysis and reports.
Profile required :
- Owner of a University Degree;
- At least 5 years’ experience in sales analysis in FMCG industry;
- Analytical skills;
- Sales data treatment, analysis and follow up;
- Mastering with excellence Excel and PowerPoint;
- Reports/Dashboard implementation, follow-up and management;
- Analytical data gathering and sharing;
- KPI’s monitoring/reporting;
- Customer service and team oriented;
- Detail oriented;
- Aptitude to respond efficiently to internal and external stakeholders;
- Priority management;
- Fluent in French and English is a plus.
