JOB TITLE: Call Center Agent

LOCATION: Yaoundé

CONTRACT TYPE: Fixed-Term

NUMBER OF VACANCIES: 04

MAIN DUTY: Handle customer enquiries via our digital contact channels (WhatsApp, Call, Mail, Social Networks)

QUALIFICATION: A level + 2 or 3 successful years of higher education (HND or Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, Sales, or related fields).

EXPERIENCE: 1 year in a similar position

SKILLS REQUIRED : 

KNOW-HOW
  • Handle a large number of incoming and outgoing calls in the call centre Keep a complete record of all calls and/or conversations in the database
  • Take advantage of available opportunities to sell or advertise products and services to customers
  • Ensure that responses provided to customers are compliant with cus- tomer service scripts prepared for various areas relating to customer service issues
  • Identify customer needs, clarify issues, carry out appropriate research and provide sustainable solutions to customer problems.
KNOWLEDGE
  • Be bilingual (English and French)
  • Possess good writing skills
  • Be computer literate
  • Possess good knowledge of banking operations
SOCIAL SKILLS
  • Possess excellent listening, observation and evaluation skills
  • Demonstrate flexibility and versatility
  • Demonstrate patience, empathy, attentiveness, courtesy and resilience
  • Possess excellent people skills
  • Possess ability to communicate pedagogically
