Job Description
- Adhere to the company's defined requirements and procedures regarding TUG driving;
- Follow work instructions related to TUG driving;
- Perform operational checks on the equipment at the start and end of shifts to ensure compliance with safety regulations and instructions;
- Stay informed about work schedule assignments, report to designated workstations, and maintain presence and service according to established schedules;
- Anticipate and immediately address any issues that may disrupt operations and report unresolved problems to superiors;
- Ensure maximum productivity in assigned tasks while complying with HSE regulations;
- Execute assignments received via VH10 in the designated order;
- Wait for shift handover and provide necessary information regarding equipment status and unfinished tasks to the next shift operator;
- Record all relevant information about TUG usage on the attendance sheet (start time, downtime, waiting periods, breakdowns, failures, and other required details);
- Actively participate in respecting, implementing, and improving QHSE standards;
- Propose and encourage any actions that could improve equipment functionality;
- Engage actively in the continuous improvement process to enhance customer satisfaction and company performance, as well as in the QHSE approach, ensuring proper material handling by assigned teams and reporting any observed anomalies to superiors;
- As required by service needs, make skills available to the company at any necessary time and place;
- Consistently adhere to the values, code of conduct, and internal regulations of KCT.
- Holder of a Category CE driver’s license;
- At least 3 years of experience driving semi-trailer trucks or similar heavy-duty vehicles;
- Excellent organizational and planning skills;
- Ability to read and write French fluently;
- Required qualities: Effective communication skills, strong integrity, discipline, organization, ability to work under pressure, reporting skills, autonomy, punctuality, and customer service orientation;
- Proficiency in TOS OSCAR;
- Strong knowledge of loading and unloading operations;
- Solid understanding of storage operations.
