Création de l'École Normale Supérieure de l'Université de Buea à Buea
Son Excellence, le Président Paul Biya, a signé un décret portant création de l'École Normale Supérieure (ENS) de l'Université de Buea à Buea. Cette nouvelle institution d'enseignement supérieur sera responsable de la formation des futurs enseignants des écoles primaires et secondaires du Cameroun.
Le décret décrit les dispositions clés suivantes :
- L'École Normale Supérieure d'enseignement technique de l'Université de Buea est créée par la présente.
- Un instrument séparé du Président de la République fixera l'organisation administrative et académique ainsi que le fonctionnement de l'École Normale Supérieure d'enseignement technique de l'Université de Buea.
- Le système d'études, d'évaluation et les programmes d'enseignement seront fixés par arrêté du ministre chargé de l'enseignement supérieur.
La création de l'École Normale Supérieure de l'Université de Buea est une avancée significative pour l'éducation au Cameroun. L'ENS jouera un rôle crucial dans la formation de futurs enseignants qualifiés et bien préparés à relever les défis du 21ème siècle.

Creation of the Higher Teachers Training College of the University of Buea in Buea
His Excellency, President Paul Biya, has signed a decree to establish the Higher Teachers Training College (HTTC) of the University of Buea in Buea. This new institution of higher education will be responsible for training future teachers for primary and secondary schools in Cameroon.
The decree outlines the following key provisions:
- The Higher Teachers Training College of the University of Buea is hereby established.
- A separate instrument by the President of the Republic shall lay down the administrative and academic organization as well as the functioning of the Higher Teachers Training College of the University of Buea.
- The system of studies, assessment and teaching programmes shall be laid down by order of the Minister in charge of higher education.
The establishment of the Higher Teachers Training College of the University of Buea is a significant step forward for education in Cameroon. The college will play a vital role in training future teachers who are qualified and well-prepared to meet the challenges of the 21st century.
The government is committed to investing in the necessary resources to support the college, such as qualified faculty, modern facilities, and scholarships for students.
