Join UNICEF as a Programme Specialist ((PSEA). You will plan to drive and
track priority actions, engage with sectors in meaningful PSEA programming
and strengthen the established system to pursue the PSEA as part of the
day-to-day operation of UNICEF Cameroon Country Office. This also reaffirms
UNICEF Cameroon Country Office's commitment to demonstrate effective and
proactive actions for the PSEA in view of the size of its operation and
engagement in the major emergency programme as well as in its development
programme.

UNICEF Cameroon, in collaboration with national stakeholders, has launched
the I Am Music program to contribute to a Protective Learning Environment
(PLE) for vulnerable children and adolescents, particularly girls. Inspired
by the El Sistema methodology, the program provides free music education
aimed at fostering life skills, emotional resilience, and social inclusion
through collective musical practice. A pilot phase is already underway in
Yaoundé, with plans to scale the program nationally. To ensure high-quality
implementation, strategic scaling, and strong institutional coordination,
UNICEF seeks a consultant to provide technical, programmatic, and
coordination support to the I Am Music program
