MISSIONS

• Updating the knowledge and skills of sales staff
• Passing on sales techniques adapted to electronic and household appliances
• Should learn and train promoter and sales staff
• Product knowledge improvement
• Reviewing and managing promoter's skills

PROFILE

• Desired or required training (specify if additional training can be provided)
• BAC +3/4 in Marketing, Sales or other similar disciplines
• Have a minimum of 3 years' experience in the sale of electronic devices and household appliances;
• Field animation required
• Excellent mastery of the office pack for the development of training materials (PowerPoint/Word/Digital tools)
• Excellent oral and written expression in French and English
• Have a mastery of the characteristics and functionalities of electronic devices and household appliances;
• Good knowledge of the city of Douala;
• Be fluently bilingual.

Expérience: Impérative

• Proof of training experience in electronic and electronic stores
• Design of training materials for in-store sales reps
• Organization of face-to-face or remote training sessions

SKILLS
Practices & Techniques

• Excellent mastery of the office pack for the development of training materials (PowerPoint/Word/Digital tools)
• Excellent oral and written expression in French and English
• Have a mastery of the characteristics and functionalities of electronic devices and household appliances.
• Have experience in managing a team,
• Good command of business relationship managementSales trainings
