Responsibilities:
- Receiving calls from users and resolving their problems.
- Provide clear, personalised assistance to customers.
- List customer cases in the CRM and report anomalies.
- Participating in the continuous improvement of customer service.
Very good proficiency in English
- A degree in customer experience management, marketing, communications or a related field Excellent interpersonal skills and telephone skills.
- Ability to handle incoming calls and resolve customer concerns.
- Good listening and analytical skills.
- Calm, empathetic and solution-oriented.
- Proficiency in messaging and CRM tools (a plus).
