Higher diploma (GCE A level + 3/4 years university) in HR, economics, finance, or management sciences.

- Implement and apply HR procedures, strategy, and tools.
- Monitor new decrees or laws affecting HR management.
- Collect information for reviewing HR policies and procedures.
- Provide technical HR management support to managers.
- Monitor activities at the base.
Activities:
- Manage payroll, contributions, and legal declarations.
- Track employment contract end dates.
- Update the organizational chart and prepare monthly HR reports.
- Prepare HR files for audits and local authorities.
Activities:
- Organize employee recruitment (job ads, pre-selection, tests).
- Participate in recruitment interviews.
- Ensure compliance with annual evaluation schedules.
- Prepare and implement annual training plans.
- Lead HR training sessions.
Activities:
- Supervise the cashier for secondary cash office management.
- Monitor cash in bank, safe, and cash box.
- Prepare monthly cash flow forecasts.
- Prepare monthly closings in SAGA.
- Ensure advances are justified and invoices are collected.
- Codify invoices and maintain consistency between digital and physical cash balances.
Activities:
- Plan and organize budget monitoring.
- Validate purchase requests according to financing plans.
- Ensure logistics purchasing procedures are respected.
- Inform logistics department of purchasing procedures.

- Lead information meetings with employees.
- Distribute HR memos.
- Address employee requests and complaints.
- Engage with local authorities and HR agencies.
- Monitor relations with NSIF, DGI, etc.

- Recruit and plan activities for team members.
- Organize training for teams.
- Assess team skills.
Diplomas/Studies:
Higher diploma (GCE A level + 3/4 years university) in HR, economics, finance, or management sciences.
Experience:
- Strong experience in finance and HR management (2 years).
- Experience with an INGO is an advantage.
- Team management, organizational skills, and prioritization.
- Good analytical and diplomatic skills.
- Strong confidentiality and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in IT tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge in logistics management and purchasing procedures is an asset.
