ECOBANK CAMEROUN S.A. is recruiting a Digital Channels Supervisor ready
to work across the national territory.
The position is based in Douala.
JOB GRADE: 3A / JOB LEVEL: 6
JOB PURPOSE
This is a leadership role accountable for the delivery of Remittances &
Mobile Money business in each
market and position our digital products (Mobile Money/Ecobank Mobile/Ecobank
Pay/Ecobank Online) as undisputed No 1 in country of coverage as per group
5year plan. Product conception will process and procedures. Sales &
Distribution of Remittances & Mobile Money shall be 60% Digitally sold and
40% reliance on physical locations; particularly agent and merchant networks.
KEY RESPONSABILITIES
Product Management
- Ensures appropriate product pricing in local market with an ROI of 15 -20%
- Collaborate with Group Resource to maintain and develop Digital Remittances & Mobile Money Products
- Maintain excellent communication to support productive external and internal relationships and the resolution of problematic issues.
Stake Holder Management (DSA/Distributors/Merchant, Branch and TELCO
partner support
- Manage activities of assigned Sales Agents
- Co-ordinate support for all agents and partners from acquisition to maintenance.
- Maintain a prospective merchant and TELCO partners register.
- Build a strong network to support the sharing of best practice with the Sales and Marketing teams in order to enhance cross-functional cooperation and achieve sales targets.
Revenue generation (and Growth Analysis)
- Deliver revenue budgets/targets
- Recommend and implement remedial measures aimed at addressing performance gaps.
- Drive transactions in key send market
Marketing and sales promotions
- Co-ordinate all promotion activities (including agreed marketing activities) to create product awareness and drive transaction numbers.
- Liaise with agent/partners and give support to ensure success of their promotion activities.
- Liaise with Ecobank Branches to deliver joint promotion activities.
Processes and procedures
- Ensure processes and procedures are adhered to.
- Review and modify where applicable existing processes to suit business needs.
- Account for all product AML audits to ensure full compliance.
REPORTING:
- Head Digital Channels (Sales & Usage)
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in Digital will be an asset diligence.
- Good experience with Product and Capabilities Management.
- Strong written and verbal communications.
- Ideally to have three + years of experience in Remittances / wireless & mobile industry or mobile banking.
- Commercial acumen.
