MISSION PRINCIPALE

Le SCADA Software Engineer est chargé de la conception, de la configuration, de l’intégration, du déploiement et de la maintenance applicative des systèmes de type SCADA/DMS/OMS. Il contribue à la fiabilité, à la performance et à la sécurité des systèmes de supervision industrielle utilisés pour l’exploitation du réseau.

ACTIVITES ET TACHES PRINCIPALES

• Participer à l’analyse des besoins fonctionnels et techniques des utilisateurs métier (exploitation réseau, maintenance, conduite).
• Configurer et intégrer les applications SCADA (synoptiques, alarmes, historiques, automatisme, scripts).
• Réaliser les tests fonctionnels et techniques (FAT, SAT, tests de non-régression).
• Participer aux activités de mise en service et de support applicatif.
• Assurer la maintenance corrective et évolutive des composantes logicielles SCADA.
• Participer à l’évaluation des performances et de la disponibilité du système SCADA.
• Contribuer à l’intégration du SCADA avec les autres systèmes d’information (DMS, OMS, GIS, ICCP, bases de données, SI entreprise).
• Mettre à jour la documentation technique et les procédures d’exploitation.
• Contribuer à la mise en œuvre des règles de cybersécurité industrielle (OT Security).
• Produire les rapports et tableaux de bord de suivi des activités sous sa responsabilité.
• Participer aux réceptions techniques des travaux IT et industriels réalisés par les fournisseurs.

PROFIL REQUIS

• Être titulaire d'un diplôme de niveau minimum BAC+5 en génie informatique, computer sciences ou équivalent
• Avoir un à deux ans d’expérience dans le domaine des technologies de l’information.

COMPETENCES TECHNIQUES REQUISES

• Avoir une expérience dans l’utilisation des logiciels SCADA (WinCC, Ignition, Wonderware, iFIX, PcVue, Citect…) ;
• Connaissance des automates programmables industriels (lecture et compréhension de programmes) Siemens, Schneider, Rockwell. ;
• Bonne maîtrise des bases de données (SQL, historisation des données); Connaissances en réseaux industriels et IT/OT (TCP/IP, OPC, IEC 60870-5-104, ICCP) appréciées ;
• Notions d’IT industrielle (segmentation réseau, accès, sauvegardes, PRA/PCA) et cybersécurité OT ;
• Connaissance des environnements Windows Server / virtualisation est un plus.

Core mission

The Senior Systems Administrator addresses the availability and reliability of ICT infrastructure systems within Eneo Organization. His/her related operational responsibilities include remediation of system issues, availability of system aligned with business needs, systems architecture and security, systems high availability design, enhancement and testing.

Main Activities and Duties

• Apply subject matter expertise in areas of systems (Windows, Linux, Unix) administration regardless of system type (standalone servers’ environment or virtualization environment).
• Create/modify Operating systems installation procedures and templates to be used by other systems administrator team members when installing new servers.
• Plan, design and implement new supporting systems, utility programs or monitoring tools necessary to enhance systems availability.
• Advice, troubleshoot and resolve any modifications to the environment, including replacement of faulty system hardware / software.
• Use related tuning tools and own expertise to provide guidance in terms of best systems administration and security methods for possible implementation in IT Department.
• Advice and troubleshoot any problem related to Eneo cloud and high compacted virtualization environment. Overview the work of technical consultants working on those environments (FLEXPOD, Azure Cloud, Hyper-V, etc.).
• Overview the work of Microsoft Azure technical consultant to mitigate the cost of Eneo cloud infrastructure.
• Apply high level technical skills to help teams integrate SAP backup environment into ENEO core backup infrastructure to ensure smooth backups process.
• Provide level 2 and 3 support regarding all core systems issues, all virtualization environments issues and other systems related issues.
• Provide Out of Hours Support where required.

Profile needed

• Have at least BAC+3/5 degree in information technology or equivalent field.
• Have at least 7 years relevant experience in IT with a minimum of 6 full years’ experience as System Administrator managing two or more of the current systems (any Unix/Linux with Windows server, Microsoft, Hyper V or VMWare vCenter)
• Have a Systems Administration Expert certification in Unix and Unix alike OS/Virtualization Environment Professional Certification (Hyper V or VMWare) or Cloud Environment Professional Certification (MS Azure or other).

Technical Skills

• High proficiency with Linux core infrastructure HA (DHCP, DNS, NTP, AD)
• High proficiency with Linux security features and access control and monitoring
• High proficiency with Azure cloud services or Hyper-V Virtual servers’ management

SAP BASIS ADMINISTRATOR

Core mission

The SAP Basis Administrator Ensure that all SAP environments are maintained to a high level of operational Excellence in accordance with SAP best practices.

Main Activities and Duties

• Allocate associated hardware resources to the SAP applications and databases to ensure they operate correctly and have a high level of resilience and performance.
• Plan and implement periodic maintenance to ensure the optimal performance of all SAP related systems and databases
• Responsible for providing trend analysis to management team to enable them to make informed decisions regarding resource management. •
• Proactively monitor the SAP systems with EarlyWatch to ensure secure services with minimum downtime
• Reviews projects and recommends availability and usability of SAP in-house tools to support requirements
• SAP system checks (monitoring) to enhance performance and proactively deal with any potential failures
• Responsible for troubleshooting and problem solving of all SAP Productions (PRD), Quality Assurance (QA) and Development (DEV) environments. Responsible for improvement and maintenance of the environments including patch management and upgrades
• Responsible for implementation and release of database changes according to agreed timescales and change control.
• Responsible for SAP portal integration and availability
• Ensuring that all transports between DEV and QA and PRD environments are fully documented and take place in accordance with the approve change control processes.
• Assist with the maintenance of Authorizations as required Responsible for the scheduling and maintaining of automated backup and recovery processes and activities for all SAP systems on an hourly and daily basis
• Design, implement and action the Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP) relating to the SAP environments so that they are accurate and up to date and systems can be recovered in a timely manner when required
• Regular QA & DEV data refreshes
• Provide functional users with support through troubleshooting errors, dumps and system failures
• Reviews bugs, investigates issues, proposes solutions, liaise with SAP and apply fixes
• Investigate SAP notes and log calls with SAP and follow through on outcomes and solutions
• Deals with logged support calls as related to technical issues on SAP for end users
• Sizing of hardware in terms of CPU, memory and drive layouts according to SAP recommendations to ensure optimal performance of the systems
• Import and export of systems following SAP system copy guides which can also lead to defragmented databases
• Migration to new versions of OS and Database
• Design of server layout for distributed installations

Profile needed

• Have at least BAC+5 degree in information technology or equivalent field.
• Minimum of ten (10) years’ experience in SAP BASIS Administration
• Have a SAP BASIS Certification (SAP HANA) and a Professional qualification in UNIX, and/or LINUX is desired.

Technical Skills

• Strong working knowledge of SAP Solution Manager
• Detailed SAP Database Administration experience.
• Experience of managing multiple SAP environments including upgrade
• Experience of Transport management and batch job scheduling procedures
• Practical experience in monitoring and tuning SAP environment and database to provide a high availability service and the configuration and use of EarlyWatch
• Working experience of SAP Authorizations
• Extensive experience of systems copies
• Working knowledge of SAP FioriHigh proficiency with Linux core infrastructure HA (DHCP, DNS, NTP, AD)

CORE MISSION

The Senior Network Administrator will have as main mission to ensure the smooth operation, availability, and security of the organization’s network infrastructure. He will also be responsible for installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting network systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.

MAIN ACTIVITIES AND DUTIES

• Install, configure, and maintain network hardware and software, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points ;
• Monitor network performance and ensure system availability and reliability ;
• Perform network troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and other network-related issues ;
• Implement and manage network security measures to protect data, software, and hardware ;
• Conduct network performance tuning and capacity planning to ensure efficient and effective use of resources ;
• Manage and maintain network documentation, including network diagrams, configurations, and procedures ;
• Collaborate with other IT staff to design and implement network solutions to support business needs ;
• Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and other IT staff on network-related issues ;

• Assist in the development and implementattion of disaster recovery and business continuity plans for network operations ;

PROFILE NEEDED

• A bachelor’s degree in Network and Telecommunications, Network and Security, or Network field, with at least 7 to 10 years of experience in the Network field.
• Postgraduate Professional qualifications in CCNP (R&S, Datacenter), CCDP or CNE desired

TECHNICAL SKILLS

• Solid background in network administration and architecture
• In-depth understanding of communication protocols (mainly TCP/IP) and routing protocols (e.g. BGP, OSPF, RIPv2, EIGRP)
• Broad understanding of security systems, Access control, firewall,etc
• Strong knowledge of Cisco Nexus equipment configuration
• Experience with network diagnostic, monitoring and analysis tools (e.g. SolarWinds, Pandora, Zabbix…)
• Solid understanding of network operating systems (Cisco IOS, Huawei)
• Sharp troubleshooting skills
