To support our strong growth, we're looking for a call center agent for a 3 to 6 month internship, with the possibility of conversion to a permanent contract (CDI) at the end of the internship.
Job description
- .Receive calls from prospects and customers
- Phone advice for English-speaking prospects outside Cameroon
- Sell the bank guarantee service by phone in line with the company's sales objectives • Handle customer complaints by phone and e-mail.

- You have boundless energy, always a smile on your face and a spirit of initiative, . You're perfectly bilingual
- You have a good command of IT tools
- You have good experience in telesales or after-sales service.
- You have a good knowledge of customer relations
- You have a good presentation, good diction and a good command of the English language
- You have uncommon empathy (you really like people and want to be able to help them)
- You are organized and meticulous in your tasks
- You have good observation and analysis skills
- You know how to handle stress and emergencies •You like team spirit and cohesion
