AVICENTER is a fast-growing international financial company. Its core business is bank guarantees for studies, offering international students the possibility of proving their financial resources in a simple, fast and secure way in order to obtain their student visa for France.

To support our strong growth, we're looking for a call center agent for a 3 to 6 month internship, with the possibility of conversion to a permanent contract (CDI) at the end of the internship.

Job description

  • .Receive calls from prospects and customers
  • Phone advice for English-speaking prospects outside Cameroon
  • Sell the bank guarantee service by phone in line with the company's sales objectives • Handle customer complaints by phone and e-mail.
Profile required

What's expected of you:
  • You have boundless energy, always a smile on your face and a spirit of initiative, . You're perfectly bilingual
  • You have a good command of IT tools
  • You have good experience in telesales or after-sales service.
  • You have a good knowledge of customer relations
  • You have a good presentation, good diction and a good command of the English language
  • You have uncommon empathy (you really like people and want to be able to help them)
  • You are organized and meticulous in your tasks
  • You have good observation and analysis skills
  • You know how to handle stress and emergencies •You like team spirit and cohesion
